How it begins
Contact us by using Get a quote form and provide us details about your web project. Provide as much description as you can and submit the form. We will get back to you within 24 hours and will provide you a cost & time estimate or send you few questions, which will help us understand your web project better.
Cost Estimates
The cost estimate depends on the nature of the project and its complexity. We will provide you a cost estimate based on the project requirements.
How to proceed now?
Once we agree on the price and terms and you are ready to proceed, we will provide you payment method details (paypal, credit card or wire transfer). If you’d like to we can also sign a contract letter or any other document you want us to sign on (e.g. NDA). For medium scale projects over $1000 we would like the payment plan to be set with Major Milestones achieved or according to the services delivered. For small scale projects less than $1000 we would like the payment plan to be set as 50% advance and 50% on completion of project.
When will the project complete?
Just like project pricing the time estimate also depends on project complexity and your response time. We will give you an approximate project completion date before the start of project. For big size projects having timeline of 3 months+ we can provide detailed project plan and timeline designed in Microsoft Project. Please do let us know if you are having any tight timeline or you are chasing any target date. We can always workout on delivering the job in challenging time line by arranging appropriate resources.
I don’t like the design, what now?
Normally our clients like the initial mock-ups but in some cases the designs are not according to client’s liking. If you don’t like our design we will design new mocks with a totally new concept based on your feedback.
What’s the brief web development process?
Once we agree on the payment terms and milestones dates and advance payment is made we start the work. We provide the front page design mocks in 2-3business days for your revision. As soon as the home page gets approved we start work on inner pages design. We never force our clients to accept any design that they don’t like. We provide unlimited revisions but this does not mean that we will be doing this forever. We will also not apply numerous changes and then go back to the initial draft or start from scratch. Once you approve the design we will start work on publishing it into CSS/XHTML. HTML will be w3c validated and SEO friendly. We create the theme for the CMS and start the coding work. We will move to project completion in this way. We will ask you for the final review of the work and provide us feedback with the list of any tweaks. Upon the completion of fine tuning phase and after your approval we will consider the web project as complete we will ask you for the final payment.
